I have ordered medicine from Netmeds app 23/04/20.Paid by Upi Amazon payment bank linked bank Paytm .
After order it cancelled then money initiate by Netmeds and Amazon bank and give Ref no regarding order24/04/20
Then I contact linked main bank Paytm payment bank.
I message paytm care and 24*7 No vaild response by payt
Payment bank and call them no vaild answer till 21 days I can’t refund my money yet .
