We have recharged to our mobile via a number which was already registered in Airtel and recently the number has been changed to another network operator.so instead of doing recharge to that network operator we have done to Airtel by mistake.the money for it has also been debited from the account and a message arrived saying it was not a valid recharge.so the money which have been debited is not credited to our account.we have recharged on 26/6/2020 so kindly we request you to refund our money
