I Simmi Kapoor I gave Rs 6,000 as the token money for reserving my bed in San Diego, Stanza Living in New Delhi. It’s a girl’s pg, and I reserved the bed for my daughter. The condition on which I gave 6,000 was that the money was fully refundable without any terms and conditions, as said by all the 4-5 employees of the firm, especially Hemani, Palak and Rohit, from whom we had the dealing. Even there were no conditions were mentioned on the payment receipt in written. But as we asked for the refund due to personal reasons, they straight way refused it. The company is totally fraud as none of the employees had ID cards, which associated them with the company. Worst experience, and the company is totally fraud.
