Text of Complaint by Deepu Kumar:

Sir my self deepu Kumar I am unacademy offline centre learner sir I have taken admission in offline centre on 6 August 2022 while taking admission the batch is allowet by the administration is wrong by mistake. I know about wrong batch is allowet after entering in classroom so I contact unacademy team at the respective learner support mail ID centre.kota@unacademy.com after some days reply come out by these mail plz contact to our offline centre team so I consultant and re take admission in 6 sep 2023 iitjee conquer 7 batch after going class my I got a fever from a weak due to air conditioner classroom I have a allergy from air conditioner(AC) I have got fever in AC so my health is not good so I want to refund my fee because my health condition is not good so I want refund sir I am also applicable for my refund according to unacademy offline centre subscription refund policy because I retake admission in 6 sep 2022 batch iitjee conquer 7 and applicable by the Indian constitutionally act consumer protection act plz provide me refund and I also contact to learner support mail ID I.e is centre.kota@unacademy.com but there is no reply come out by the team plz help me and provide me refund my registered mail ID on unacademy is Pkc861975@gmail.com and my roll no. 221003133 and my registered phone no. 8619753582.
