I am Ajay Vishwakarma R/O H.No. 222 M, SARAN ESTATE, AHIRWAN, KANPUR- 208007 my mobile no. is 7905681501. As I was purchased Big Bazar Profit Club Membership Card in the month on DEC 2021from Z-Square Mall which was situated at Bada Chauraha, Kanpur 208001.
Since long when I visited that big bazar I found that it was totally changed into reliance store, then I suddenly asked by the help desk of reliance store they told me that the big bazar was sold out, I was shocked and scared about my money which I was invested for the membership of big bazar profit club. Then again I asked from them they replied that the money you was invested on big bazar, the will be surely refund it to you back, you have to write an e-mail regarding that with supporting document.
Now I unable to understand what can I do. My details are as follows and even I am sending this mail along with documents attached.
