Sir I had booked car on 1st June 2020, and cancelled the booking on 11th June, 2020. According to the company’s refund policies that refund will be credited within 30 days from the date of cancellation, if cancellation is done before 24 hours from ”Pick up” date (in my case it was 12th June, 2020). I had tweeted many times (last tweeted in the month of September) regarding refund but did not get satisfactory action from their side. Details regarding my bookings are as follows:
