I booked my flight ticket from Delhi to kalkata on 29th of October from travolook
My ticket was cancelled by travolook with the reason fare expiration. But my money was deducted from my account . They didn’t even sent a single message or mail regarding my refund initiation.
I called them on there customer care number Immediately , they told me that refund will be completed in 3-7 working days .
From 29th October till 23rd November i called them several times and everytime there callers came with same excuse that sir process has been started and u will get refund in next 3-4 days . But i didn’t got my money back yet.
Please help me out.
