Sir,
Regarding my Jio Fiber Order No.: NO0000F321XQ that I have booked on 13th September 2020. After receiving calls from JIO Office for cancellation of my order (that I was not interested to cancel my order), No option found for installation and too much harassment from JIO FIBER TEAM, I have cancelled my order on 21st September 2020. Regarding this I also email to JioFiberCare@jio.com and mukesh.ambani@ril.com.
After cancellation I request to refund my security fee of Rs. 2500/- that I have deposit as instrument and monthly charges because NO CONNECTION MADE by jio fiber team at my home. Also NO EQUIPMENT and INSTRUMENT installed at my home by jio fiber team.
So I request to REFUND my security fee of Rs. 2500/-. Regarding refund jio team also misguide me and harass for that.
Kindly find attachments of My emails that I have written to Jio Fiber regarding this issue.
Kindly do needful for refund my money and oblige.
