Text of Complaint by Himanshu Shakya:

I booked a smart watch from cross beats website on 18th Nov blue colour by mistake i called customer care after 1 minute i ordered he said we have not authorise to cancel the order please refused the delivery and we will refund your amount now i refused the order on 19th Nov and now today is 11th dec 22 but till now no refund received when i call customer care they always said we forward the concern team they will working on it and i send them 55 mails but they send automatic reply always and his whats app number also reply in automatic message.

This is the wrost company i never seen . I really disappoint this company who has authorize to take and hold money of customer after 10 days.
