Harsh Pandey has ordered on Amazon App for supply of mobile phone Redmi Note 10T 5G amount Rs 11999/- on dated 03.08.2022. Amazon person has supplied faulty mobile which could not be open. On complain on Amazon app Amazon person has taken faulty mobile and told that in 3 to 4 day refund will be given. On 19.08.2022 one message came on Harsh Mobile that serial number not match hence refund will not given. During receiving Amazon person has also taken photo of mobile supplied by Amazon. Now Amazon neither given me mobile nor refunded my money.

Therefore it is requested to take necessary action against Amazon so that Amazon supply me mobile or refund my money.
