I had ordered a dress material and received the delivery on 12/06/2020. I was not happy with product so I requested for return on the same day. But now the app shows the product can’t be refunded because our area is affected by Covid-19. How come while delivering the area was safe and while refunding it becomes unsafe? And there was no such condition in their refund policy. They are not even replying to the mails.
