I have given online order to Vplak India private limited for Yamaha stereo amplifier costing rupees 33990/- paid on the date of order 04-11-2022. After waiting for few days I called customer care of Vplal ltd , they told me that the said item is stuck in the custom office and will be availiable soon. I waited for another 5 days and called them again they told the manager will call you soon ,but it never happened even after waiting for days . Whenever I called customer care they find excuses for avoiding me , Finally i send them an email notice asking for immediate refund of 33990/-rupess and for that they didn’t reply till today. The main issue is that the model Yamaha stereo amplifier rs- 202 is recently out of stock from Indian and i am afraid that the Yamaha company has stopped production of the model . I think it is merely waste of time waiting for months for the said product and therfore I suggest vplak ltd to issue refund of 33990/- immediately .
