My name is Aditya, I have order Boat airdopes 171 on August Month. But because of sound quality is not good I cancelled my order & request for refund. So Amazon first customer service is Tanu whom I tell everything about product and request for refund amount to him. Since from August 2020 I request my refund amount but till now my queries not solved every time Amazon customer service giving me time like 10 days, 1 week etc, so I request you to please solve my query as soon as possible.
