I have booked a flight ticket on 29th may 2021 from Mumbai to Varanasi(Booking Id – REF723599581) but flight ticket cancelled and I got a mail from company that booking amount will be refunded within 10-15 days but still after one months there is no amount refunded in my account and after connecting with customer care they didn’t provide proper response. They are frauding with customers and didn’t want to give refund to customers.
