I have made a contract with JustDial on May *th **** by paying ****₹ for * month advertising on JustDial. But after * after more than 20 Dyas neither my Enach deducted not my Advertisement started then i tried to contact them a lot of times but they just said they are doing it they are doing it that’s all . They are not able to make my package activate even after 25 days . I called their manager and asked him what is going on i will complaint about you guys just refund my amount i am very much frustrated they said mail to justdial they will guide you for refund and i emailed them then they revert me and in the mail they mentioned wrong business name { some other person business} and denied for my refund they said in the mail the same thing which i am listening from last 25 days from their manager as well as field agent , to start make the enach and deduct emi they just want to loot the customer that’s all they do in the market. Seriously disgusting service provider don’t fall for them ! Some one should take an legal action against them !
