Excitel company is fraud and conducting scams by forfeiting security deposits (2000). The termination request was placed 4 months ago, the router was taken back and even after 40 calls and follow-ups, there is no result. This means that they are doing fraud with consumers and should be penalized. Request the concerned authorities to take a strict action
