I have bought realme Buds Air 2. I got damaged product after receiving product immediately i contact customer care and he accepted my request and raised a replacement but after a day replacement had been cancelled without any reason after i contact again customer care he again accepted a request replacement but again cancel without any reason that process continues repeated for 4 times. Now they told time is over now we can not help you. I totally distrub and harass from their activity.
