My name is kalpana.i have purchased a mobile through Amazon online portal.it is redmi note 11s.i have ordered on 28th April 2022 cash on delivery..it came on 29th April i have paid through phone pay 17499.00rs. The transaction hasbeen successfully completed.but the executive told me to not received the money.he hasn’t submitted the parcel..next day again i have paid 17499.00 ra.then he submitted the parcel..here is my query is the first payment is not yet received to me.i have contacted to bank ,as well as Phone pay bithe are telling merchant received the payment..the Amazon executives not giving response properly..if i have called they will put my call on hold for half an hour but the will disconnecting automatically..not giving proper response..some of the excecutives told me lies also..i want my money refund from Amazon..since 4 months am waiting for reply from Amazon…but they are behaving irrespective ..
