Hi . I booked my tickets from travolook on dated 16 Jan 2022 in from Delhi to Guwahati where after 10 mins i got an email that flight tickets are cancelled due to fare expiration reasons by the company. They told me that your refund is processed and you will receive it by 5-6 days. I waited and called them. First for call itself i have to wait 30-40mins and then same ans everytime that they are making refund in next 2-3 days. Everyday i mailed them but same reply your refund is initiated and you will get your refund by next 2-3 days . Government should take strict action towards them as thousands are duped by them. Please dont ever book your tickets with travolook.in . Worst experience ever.
