I booked a ticket with travolook for varansi from Delhi and made payment through credit card, after making payment i got a mail that my booking is in process and after 5 minutes got one more mail that my booking has been cancelled due to change in fare prices, didn’t receive my refund. I tried a lot to contact but no response got. After that i search about this company, you will shocked to know, this company is making fool for so long years and still they are surviving easily and looting money from people continuously. Please sir take this issue serious, need to stop them i already made police complaint and wrote mail to tourism department to make them aware on this. I request you to take quick action..3 saalo se fraud kar rhe hai ye log now has to stop them immediately
