dear sir i am from india i order on
24-Jan-2022 house wire on single transaction & Payment deducted from my bajaj finserv emi card 0f 22,365 rs into three emi of rs 7445 rs . Emi deduction date 2nd march 2022.
But amazon converted it into four part whose order id is
403-9262163-6721957 ( 12,167 rs)
403-2449758-4094763 ( 4349 Rs)
403-1069822-6456369 (2450 Rs)
403-9179729-2695522 ( 3399 Rs).
1) After that amazon without my permission cancelled on finolex wire order id 403-9179729-2695522 ( 3399 Rs)
2) after that i recived two product whose order id 403-2449758-4094763 ( 4349 Rs) & 403-1069822-6456369 (2450 Rs).
But due to 403-9262163-6721957 of ( 12,167 rs at the time of delivery delivery boy was giving open and tored packet so at a time i talked with customer care about the condition they told to refused and cancel the product.
3) so i cancelled the order id
403-9262163-6721957 of ( 12,167) along with order id 403-2449758-4094763 ( 4349 Rs) & 403-1069822-6456369 (2450 Rs).
4) now the problem is the order cancel by amazon you have given refund.

But why amazon is not giving refund for the order no 403-9262163-6721957 of
( 12,167)rs which i haven’t received.
Please refund my 12,167 rs amount so that i have to pay no emi .
