i made a booking travolook on 11th october 2021 for 15th october and booking was cancelled from their side stating some technical glitch and whenever i do call the customer care they just say refund will be initiated and till now there is no refund of the amount and even they do not reply to the mail and their cutomer support executives disconnect the call in between of the call
