I had booked a ticket from Jaipur to Bangalore on the 04th April 2021. Confirmation number: REF521868754. Amount ₹5886.00 was deducted from my account. Later, they called and told me that PNR was not generated and hence the ticket was cancelled due to fare differences. They also informed me that the amount will be refunded within 7 days. I sent them a mail on the 14th April expressing my concern over the refund. They told me that it will be refunded within the next 10-15 days.
