- On Dec 2nd I made payment of rs 2828 for broad connection and and next they told they can’t initiate the connection to my location they said that they will refund my money I think it’s alreday 16 days over still I didn’t get my refund amount and they are telling it’s already refunded but I sent all the transaction but still there is no refund transaction on my account so please check this this people are not doing fare job they are simply taking money from customer in this covid situation where will get the money they don’t have courtesy it’s not a one rupees it’s a big amount for me but this people are not taking any intiative to refund amount please check and resolve this issue
