I have order the sandle from woodlnad and it was delivered on 14 November 2018 and I return it on the same day because of the size issue and I request them for a refund. I share my bank details on 16 November 2018 and the 14 days gone as per the paytm policy from day one they are telling that your refund is initiated and when I call them them to remind the 14 days over they are saying your refund is not been initiated and said your refund will be credited in your account within 24 hour now it’s 48 hours gine.
