I book air ticket from mytrip.com. ticket was Toronto to india 65000rs date 29 April. But ticket was cancelled by airline due to covid19.
I called mytrip customer care they ask me they refund me after airline refund approved. But they are not refund even they email me your refund was approved by airline.

I am not getting any email replies and I have also tried to call the phone number +61281887187 which is not working/number does not exist.
