Sir,
On 08.03.2024 , A booking for Jio fiber connection was done from my Mb. No. 9814274777 against JioFiber request No. LR000006GD8J by paying Rs.1000/- under Transaction ID : 20240308010860000972826513735879515. But due to some reason the company avoid to provide connection. But still from that time I have not received my refund after repeated calls to Jio Customer Care. The Company representatives did not listen at all. They said that there is not their fault. I can mention their names too. (if you want). Kindly do the needful at the earliest possible.
