hi, my self mayank chauhan from bharuch, gujarat i booked jio airfiber on 12/02/2024 and same has been cancelled on 26/02/2024 but till today i did not get my money (Refund ) back for that i called n number of time jio customer care and mailed too but no result , every day they used to say wait for =24 hrs the enless 24 hrs, my register mobile number is 7043008152 and my order number is NO0000X6GLI3 and payment done 8481.84 rupees on 12/02/2024 and cancellation request number is SR00001VDO7V.
and as per my knowledge pan india level they are treating customers like this.
pls do needful and do something as earliest as possible
