I have purchased whirlpool 240 l frost free refrigerator on 16 march 2022 and the product was delivered on 23 march 2022. The fridge stopped cooling after running for 12 months. I called customer care to complain but got no response. I had also taken the CAP (Complete Appliance Protection) policy. Technician (satyam Singh) also came from Jeeves but could not repair it and it took 1 week’s time. The fridge is not cooling less than March end and today is going to be May end. How can one function without a fridge in this heat? Take the fridge of any company, it works well for 5 to 10 years. I think flipkart has given me duplicate products. I do not buy products by trusting any dealer, rather I trust Flipkart. Either give me a refund so that I can buy another fridge or replace it with another fridge. So you are requested to pay attention to my complaint and solve my issue. All attachments (policy details, invoice & Fridge’s Photos) attached. Pls find these attachments.
