I have purchase whirlpool refrigerator to CROMA Indore & taken 4 years extended warranty for the same from Whirlpool company. There is a defect on the freezer door. I have raise the complaint to the company in last month where the complaint numbers are (1) Complaint Number – IND22092230724 – Dated 22-09-2022 , (2) Complaint Number – IND13102240704 – Dated 13-10-2022 but as on date they are not responding & do the needful solutions. Every time company peoples says we let you know. Even CEO was not interested to look into the matter.
