I ordered a xiami Redmi note 10pro max 1 and half year ago but my phone stop working after the update 4-5months ago and when I visited the mi store they did something and reset my phone so I lost my important files and documents.I was on the call and It suddenly stopped working,I was not able to switch on the phone.But somehow they repaired my phone.And Now again same thing happened on 12jan 2023 I was on call,I just hang up the call and immediately my phone turned off and I was not able to start the phone.And when I visited the mi store firstly they said it’s a software issue we will fix it,you can come back after an hour but when we visited after an hour they said it’s not the issue of software,your phone ‘s motherboard is not working or dead,and it will cost you Rs120000 as my phone has no warranty left.But how can it happen to an absolutely fine working phone,I used a premium screen guard and back cover,there is not a single scratch on my phone.I am very disappointed by the Xiaomi,I want to file a case against the Xiaomi Company,either they repair my phone or provide me compensation for this incident.
