Today on 20th May’25, Dhani Loan recovery agent has visited my home for recovery of loan. I haven’t taken any loan from Dhani Loans. On further asking him about the details, he has sent me a statement and some photographs. On reviewing the statement , I noted that the email address and contact number are not mine. the photograph he shared , doesn’t belong to me either. It’s an inactive account with no KYC. This is the case of identify fraud and measures were not taken by Dhani loans to verify the same. This is causing me severe distress. I request you to kindly note my complaint and instruct Dhani loans to remove this fake loan at my name and stop harassing us by visiting my home.
I have attached the statements shared by dhani agent with me. This doesn’t belong to me. Someone has stolen my identity, I am surprised they have my Aadhar and PAN card and company has not even do the KYC.
