Jio complaint
hello,
I am Grinal Patel. I am New Jio user.
I have 2 complaints.
1) I recharged my Jio numb 2nd time. I recharged it of Rs 594 (for 184 days with 512 mb/day). But i did not make a call or can’t use internet. I asked to customer care that why I can make call or use data,they replied u r using ur sim in iphone, this recharge is only for Jio phones. I talked to ur customer executives for 4-5 times. But they may not help to solve my problem. So I said to them pls forward my numb to your senior executive or manager. They transferred my call but I am unable to talk ur senior executives due to long transfer hold,I don’t need refund but pls convert my recharge into my separate sim,and my 2nd problem is,
2) Lack Of senior executives, on which I did not discuss my problem with your senior executives.
Pls arrange a call back for batter solution of my problems as soon as possible.. because I have done this recharge on 11th April. It’s been many days…
