My last recharge plan got over on 6th of October so I did the recharge on 7th of October 2018 of 448 rupees having the benefit of free unlimited calls, 100 messages per day and 1.4 GB data per day but I didn’t get my services. From 7th of October I am complaining regarding this that I am unable to call I get the message that your balance is insufficient and then the call disconnects but Airtel service executives are not doing anything I am being told you have to wait till 17th Nov 2018, from 17th Nov my plan will be activated. On so much complaining I am being told to wait like this:
7th October was told wait for 24-48 hours
8th of October was told wait for 72 hours
now today on 10th of October was told to wait for 3 days
when I said every time I am being told the same thing Airtel executives said to me you complained on 8th October and 72 hours is not yet completed so you need to wait till 72 hours get completed. Airtel customer representatives talk to customer so rudely, don’t solve the problem instead they behave so authoratively. I live in hostel away from my home, I am unable to talk to them. I am not asking for any benefits from Airtel, I am just asking for my right. I have done the recharge then according to that plan just activate my services. My plan was over that is why I did the recharge but you guys according to your mood and to betray customer did this and telling me to wait till 17th November 2018. So Airtel is telling me that do the recharge now and wait for 1 month and 10days for plan to get activated. So pathetic service highly disappointed from airtel
