Recharge was done on 15.07.2020 of Rs. 2498/- for 365 days being ID No. 284784475. But suddenly on 03.10.2020, the outgoing facility was suspended. Again recharge was done of Rs. 45/- to restore the service. Despite recharge of Rs. 2498/- , why again recharge shall be done? Please take immediate measure to stop it.
