I had ordered a JBL Flip 4 Portable Wireless Speaker with Powerful Bass & Mic (Red) vide Order No: 402-3440353-9771515 on Amazon on 23rd April and received on 26th April.
I’m facing some issues regarding this product…
1. The received product was counterfeit and not the JBL genuine product.
2. I had complained about the same on 26th April to Amazon customer care and they asked me to share images of received product and asked me to upload my kyc details on amazon account. I fulfilled all the requirements.
3. They took 6 days for processing my complaint and finally replied me today that they had investigated the matter and they had sent me genuine product and the product received by me was the same, as per amazon official. While I had received a counterfeit product.
4. As per my amazon account update and amazon officials, the said product had been delivered to me on 25th April while I had received the product on 26th April by amazon courier service.
5. I am not satisfied with the reply by your amazon officials and I even don’t know what was the parameters they followed to investigate my complaint.
The product had been delivered to me at my office which is under CC TV surveillance and I can provide you the CC TV footage of delivery with date & time, if required.
I had shared all these information to amazon officials but they were not listening to me and was rigid with their answer.
You are requested to look into the matter and provide me fair resolution.
