Hi team,
I have raised a deactivation request on 23-Jan-19 as I’m going abroad and also I moved my rented apartment as I sent all my furniture and other thing to my hometown.
Somehow without my knowledge my connection got reactivated and I get to know about this with the latest bill I received on my email. I called customer care 2-3 time and asked them that why they have re-activating my connection without my permission, they didn’t have any reason and told me that they have escalated it and they’ll rectify it.
But still today I’m getting the SMS for my outstanding bill.
This is very disappointing and I just want to get this sorted as I’m leaving India tomorrow and ilI’not be using this number further.
So please do the needful and get this rectified ASAP.
