Sir..,
my self Hari i have credit card account with Rbl bank which am using since 3 years but the payments in mode of Emi as per the commitment toward the Rbl bank have paid on time till last Pandemic, which was on time due to my financial status & income paid on time till 2020 aug.
due to post covid i work in event industry my work was shut since lockdown i couldn’t pay back the Emi and credit payments back which is already following and informing to the RBL team on time & responding there every calls, my intension was to pay ASAP as i recovery financially which i supposed to get few stuck payments as i lost my work, i asked them the time which i couldn’t pay on time but few third party agencies from local teams started calling which i agree i have given the commitment which i couldn’t fulfil it but they started treating my ex Boss ,Friends, family making call which is causing me mental and treating me i am asking them i will pay please do allow some time, they started calling back to back which threatening by checking my personal data misbehaving with wrong allegations to my friends and ex boss which causing my image damaged in the work place..
my request sir i will pay back the payments but which i need some time to repay
please do help me to sort this issues.
