PHD Global, Tamilnadu, an agency for paper writing services, promised and took 20 of my conference papers for publication in SCOPUS-indexed journals on 11 May 2023. They said our papers will get published within 3 months. Even upon asking so many times in the month of April 2023, they sent only 5 papers acceptance emails. The remaining 15 papers have not yet been sent any communication. We are not sure will our papers get published or not. My authors are asking me regularly and pressuring me for the paper publication. I kindly request you to look into my issue. I want acceptance of all my 20 papers at the earliest. If they can’t publish my papers I want my amount back. I paid Rs. 90,000/- to them. I even requested the same from them but they are not talking anything about returning of amount. They are just saying that acceptance will come soon. It’s been one year since we paid the amount and waiting for the publication. kindly help with this.
