Respected Sir,
Few days back I have changed my sim operator from vodafone prepaid (H.P) to airtel prepaid (H.P) on no. 94595-30891 and it is successfully changed but my validity of incoming and outgoing has been expired since 13th of june 2019 due to which I am not able to make and recieve calls and texts. I have tried to recharge on my this respective number as per customer care suggestion but everytime it shows some error and thus recharge is not happening. I have been struggling with this issue from last few days. I have tried everything whatsoever told by customer care but the issue hasn’t still resolved. I even dropped a mail to 121@airtel.com and tell them about the same but they are saying email id is not registered against this no. and to aunthenticate your account enter the otp and as mentioned above since validity has been expired I am not getting any otp as well. Kindly help me out to resolve this issue as soon as possible.
