My September Month Bill is due. I paid regulary all payment on time, but this time i have some medical emergency because of that i m unable to pay my bill, I request collection agency to give me time for at least next month, so when my salary credit I will pay the bill. Even though they don’t understand my problem and call me again and again and forcefully tell that you have to make payment. Even my relatives and friends also getting call from agency for payment and also abuse them.

even i contact postpe also they didnt also help me.
