In the month of September I got a message that bill plan is getting changed from 249 to 349. I placed port regarding this matter. The Airtel customer service representative said it will be surely changed. I said if the plan is getting changed I will go for the other network. The next day they again called me and said the plan is going to be retained for my number only as I am a long postpaid user. Now on 20 of October I got again a message that the plan is getting changed from 249 to 349. So I called the customer support regarding this, they said it will be going to be changed and 249 plan is no longer be available. I lost almost 20days of time in a hope that I am in the same plan. I need justice regarding the commitment which they have given.
