Firstly, when I bought the sim i found that it was previously being used by someone else. After just a couple of days, I realized that my phone wasn’t accepting the sim. Initially, I thought that there’s a problem was in my phone so I inserted it in a different device but to no avail. I took the sim to a jio center who said that the sim was defective. After spending much of my time and efforts, I got the issue solved. I had spent 500 rs. In buying the sim and recharge but could hardly avail any of the services in that duration. Frustrated, I stopped using it for a while during which I recharged it for 50 Rs. Which I never got to use. What’s the point of top-ups if you can’t use it? Now, after I recharged it with a valid pack of 149 INR, the net speed is slow and network poor. It would be a pleasant experience if JIO maintains it’s promises and resumes it’s quality standards. Disappointed!
