First is, conductor did not care about passengers as 2 ladies, 1 small child and two of my friends suffered a lot that night. He didn’t stop the bus on right stand. Actually bus needs to stop on badarpur border but he compelled us to went down before our destination. At night time, ladies will suffer it’s easily understood but he didn’t give a damn. He charged correct according to badarpur stop. After that, we all had a few words with him. But he started to abuse in front of ladies and denied that bus will not stop to the badarpur. We all went down 2 stops before our destination. Kindly look into this and take strict action against him.
