Text of Complaint by Rajat Kalra:

This is Rajat Kalra, an account holder in your esteemed bank for over 10 years.
Recently, amount 20,000 have been deducted from my account (32627350402) . I don’t know how!?
I am attaching screenshot of transaction with this mail.

Niyamatpur location.
Yono cash.

Also, I received a call from this no evening, +919647319649.
He might have done something wrong with my account.
He called me for my chequebook because I registered a complaint in this regard on twitter. How would he get to know about my cheque book complaint, because only I know about this. Sbi twitter account might be hacked or what don’t know..
He took details like my address and he made me do a complaint on crcf sbi for my cheque book request as well as my mother account.
. He knows about my complaint which I submitted on twitter, then after 20,000 deducted.

Kindly look into this matter at your earliest convenience.

I registered a complaint regarding this on 18001234. They said it will take 90 days. Wonder!! SBI is the largest bank in terms of many aspects. Really, it takes 3 months to solve the problem.
Absolutely devastating if It goes like this.
Also, I have attached a screenshot which I received from SBI today for shadow account.
I called several times on 8146108534. Noone replied yet.
You must have answer once you gets time because someone might have needed assistance at the moment.

Kindly do the needful at the earliest.
