I vinod kardam, posted as assistant engineer in kalisindh thermal power plant, jhalawar. We have all been provided Airtel sim by department to all employees of kalisindh thermal power plant, jhalawar . Since the last 6 months we have all suffered from poor quality mobile connectivity . In kalisindh thermal power plant Many times calls have dropped, calls do not connect one time on another mobile number. As the call connects, we do not hear the voice of others. Internet speed is also not good. Regarding this matter we have all complained to customer care but the problem has not been resolved yet.
you are advised to resolve this problem as soon as possible. otherwise we will all send poor performance against your company.
