Text of Complaint by Shivakumar Chenna:

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing to formally notify you that I have been experiencing severe network issues with the Jio network services for the past four months. Despite raising a complaint on [jan 16th 2025, complaint ID SR000026zc93], no effective action has been taken by your customer service team or technical staff.

This continued negligence amounts to deficiency in service and causes inconvenience and financial loss. I am paying for a service which is not being delivered as promised.

Therefore, I am forced to issue this legal notice demanding:

Immediate resolution of the network issue.

Refund or compensation for the months of poor service.
And lost my money 2lak in trading because of internet issuies please check the attached files
do needfull

Written response within 15 days of receiving this notice.

Failing to respond will compel me to initiate legal proceedings under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 before the competent Consumer Forum/Court.
