i am facing slow internet connection even after having 5g device and unlimited 5g recharge so i complained to customer care regarding this issue , they are saying that ” we have intermittent issues ” indirectly saying we have limited 5g coverage in your area . and if you have limited 5g coverage then it should be mentioned while recharging . i made recharge of 899 for unlimited 5g instead i go 799 if they mention issue of limited 5g coverage
so i wanted to take action against this misleading recharges
