Hi this complain is regarding Tata Sky customer care services. I am extremely disappointed with their service.
I have raised a WO no# 1-23ADJ6ZZ on 21st of May, 2020 and till now Tata Sky company couldn’t schedule a visit to my house for the technician to check.
All the time I have been following up with customer care multiple times every day only to hear that the issue has been escalated and will be addressed asap, but in reality no action has been taken.
As a consumer I am literally frustrated of Tata Sky poor service and customer satisfaction. So, request to intervene in this matter and take action as appropriate.
