Dear Sir,
I (PIYUSH SINGH) took a Home Loan in June 2021 from ICICI bank loan no is LBKLY00005629893 For this loan i am asking for subsidy and its my first property I don’t have any property before this even my parents also don’t have property.
And on PMAY portal showing that its duplicate claim for PMAY subsidy.
I want to clarify that :
1) Mr. Rahul Singh, Aadhar no. ( 626809344549 ) took out a Home loan in 2017. and got the subsidy on the date 07/03/2018. that subsidy amt against the loan number which is by DHFL i.e. 262000004400, and after some time DHFL transferred the Loan to ICICI. The Loan no for ICIC i.e. LHDNU00001284067. In that Property Mr. Piyush Singh was co – applicant not a co – owner.
Mr. Rahul singh is my elder brother but now we are separate.
2) After separation from My brother. I Piyush Singh Aadhar No (549015095730) Taken a Home loan in 2021 from ICICI bank loan no is LBKLY00005629893 For this loan i am asking for subsidy.
Note: I requested several time to ICIC that please convey my above clarification to NHB office.
The ICICI bank reply that Every time that NHB rejected My PMAY subsidy amt for Duplication claim.
but why they not able to explain them There are Two different persons for different properties .
